- Work Dates Needed: Nov 24 ongoing

- Hospital Privileges: 45 days and 2 weeks for TEMP Privs.
- License: MUST have LA license and DEA, open to IMLC
- Coverage: Hospital based 7am - 4pm M-F, weeknight and weekend call.
