Join Our Team as a Locum Diagnostic Radiologist in Wooster, OH – Make an Impact with Advanced Imaging Medical Management is seeking a highly skilled and driven Diagnostic Radiologist to provide exceptional, impactful care using state-of-the-art imaging technology. This full-time locum position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring patients receive top-tier diagnostic services. Key highlights include onsite work with a variety of modalities such as XR, CT, MR, Flouro, US, and NM. You'll handle a broad case mix, including ER, Fluoro, Nuc Med, Neuro, Peds, Mammo, and perform diagnostic procedures like biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, bone, renal), drainages, lumbar punctures, and joint injections. The workflow expects a volume of approximately 90-100 cases per day with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient diagnostics.
We offer an hourly pay rate of $19.50, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, competitive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program. Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in Ohio
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Proven experience in diagnostic radiology, including interpretation of various imaging modalities
- Ability to perform minimally invasive procedures and biopsies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong professional ethics and commitment to patient care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty certification or experience in neuro, pediatric, or mammography radiology
- Experience with IR procedures
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS/RIS/PACS)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency radiology experience in a hospital-based setting
- Active Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
Other Requirements:
- Availability for inpatient and outpatient coverage during scheduled shifts (Days, M-F, 8 am–5 pm)
- Ability to work onsite consistently
- Flexibility to accept additional shifts if needed
- Must adhere to all patient safety and confidentiality protocols
