A large regional medical center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Certified Musculoskeletal Radiologist for a 6-month locum tenens assignment. The provider will perform a balanced mix of MSK and general diagnostic reads for both inpatient and outpatient settings. Remote work is available for weekend coverage, with approximately eight on-call shifts per quarter.
This assignment includes full-time weekday hours, overtime eligibility after 10 hours per day or 168 hours per week, and competitive pay at the top 10% of current market rates for radiologists with MSK expertise. Travel and lodging are prepaid, malpractice coverage is provided, and full credentialing support is available through HPA Healthcare.

Assignment Highlights

Skills & Experience

MD or DO required; ABR Board Certified.

Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology preferred.

Ability to interpret 100+ x-rays or 30 CT/MRI studies daily.

Competence in general diagnostic radiology, MSK, neuro, and body imaging.

Experience with PowerScribe and Fuji PACS systems.

High-volume accuracy and efficiency in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
Job Responsibilities

Perform high-quality reads across MSK and general radiology modalities.

Participate in scheduled weekday shifts and designated on-call assignments.

Support clinical teams through timely and accurate interpretations.

Complete remote readings as assigned on weekends or call shifts.

Maintain productivity benchmarks (8,431 RVU minimum).
