Practice Setting: Imaging Center
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8 AM - 5 PM
Average Number of Cases Per Day:
Screens: 41.0
Diagnostics: 7.2
MRIs: 2.1
Stereotactic Biopsies: 0.2
Ultrasound Biopsies: 1.1
MRI Biopsies: 0.1
Breast Ultrasounds: 5.2
Total: 56.9
Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3
Number of Radiologists in Practice: 5 in local practice
Description of Support Staff: Associated Mammography and US Techs
Do You Use Teleradiology? Not for Breast Imaging
Patient Age Demographic: Predominantly adult women with breast imaging needs (35+)
Board Certification Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible - ABR or AOBR
Fellowship Training: Breast Imaging Fellowship preferred
Certification Requirement: BLS preferred
Procedures Required:
Mammography
MRI Breast
Breast Procedures
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
