Schedule: 7 on / 14 off or 7 on / 7 off


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $547,000 / Year

Job Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking motivated Emergency Imaging Radiologists to provide overnight coverage for a large, integrated radiology group serving Central Florida. The position offers a mix of academic collaboration, high-acuity imaging, and a sustainable overnight structure designed to support balance and peer connection.

You’ll interpret studies across all organ systems — including CT, MRI, body imaging, and neuroradiology — for acutely ill and injured patients. Experience with stroke protocols (CTA/CTP) is valued, and neuroradiology expertise is highly regarded but not required.

Qualifications

BE/BC by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Association
Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Radiology program
Emergency Radiology experience preferred
Unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
J-1 visa sponsorship not available

Working Hours

Work Environment & Schedule

Overnight shifts are structured for collaboration — no one works alone. Each night includes overlapping coverage to promote teamwork and manageable workloads. Radiologists are encouraged to rest between shifts; incomplete studies at end of shift are passed along to maintain accuracy and wellness.

Shift options include:

8-hour: 11 PM–7 AM EST
10-hour: Flexible between 9 PM–8 AM EST
