Location: Virginia Start Date: January (allow 100–120 days for credentialing) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45 hours per week) Compensation: Competitive, with full travel coverage provided
We are seeking a Board-Certified Radiologist to join a busy, high-acuity practice in Virginia. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends required. Optional HOT SEAT emergent studies are available for candidates interested in additional evening or weekend work.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting 30–45 cross-sectional studies per day, including both routine and emergent inpatient and outpatient exams. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center is strongly preferred.
- Interpret 30–45 cross-sectional studies daily (CT, MRI, etc.)
- Read routine and emergent inpatient and outpatient imaging studies
- Perform limited procedures as needed
- Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure timely, accurate patient care
- Board-Certified Radiologist (ABR or AOBR)
- Active Virginia Medical License
- Active DEA license
- Strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
- Full travel coverage provided
- No required nights or weekends
- Optional HOT SEAT emergent studies for additional compensation
- Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center with a collaborative, supportive team
