Radiologist opening in MT Location: Great Falls Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Overview: A growing, physician-led multispecialty group based in Great Falls, MT is seeking a full-time, in-house Radiologist to join its team within an acute care hospital setting. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to live and work in one of Montana’s most scenic and affordable regions. Position Highlights: Hospital-employed role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Interpret a variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray Opportunities to expand into nuclear medicine, mammography, and interventional radiology (open for discussion) Perform procedures such as arthrograms and fluoroscopy studies Work closely with referring providers and tele-radiology services to ensure quality and consistency Participate in developing protocols, procedures, and best practices Systems: Meditech Expanse (EHR), Fuji Synapse (PACS), PowerScribe Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily adult patient population On-site role (not remote or hybrid) Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Experience preferred but not required Strong collaborative and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Signing bonus and relocation allowance Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with generous match Generous vacation and sick leave package CME allowance Paid licensing and professional dues Malpractice coverage with tail Why Great Falls, Montana?
