🏥 Interventional Radiology Coverage – Dayton, OH
Location: Dayton, OH
Start Date: October 2025
📅 Open Coverage Dates:

10/25 – 10/26 (Weekend coverage only, 8a–8a)

Job Responsibilities
IR fellowship trained physician required
Experience & case logs in Angiography & Embolization (5-6/day average)
Ability to cover full spectrum of pediatric IR procedures
Adult group (RPI) covers angio ~25% of the year, allowing time off on weekends
Contract IR physician handles all IR procedures except during vacation
💻 Systems:
EMR: EPIC and Sentrax
Qualifications
Board Certification
Ohio Medical License (no IMLC accepted)
Interventional Radiology Fellowship
Clean background, no malpractice
Case logs verifying experience in Angiography & Embolization
Name clear must include specific availability based on open dates
Upon acceptance, provide: DOB, SSN, license/DEA/CSR/life certs copies, CAQH login, home address, cell #, agency credentialing contact info
Immediate fingerprinting required after acceptance
Working Hours
Weekdays: 8 AM – 5 PM (day shift)
Night call: 5 PM – 8 AM
24-hour weekend call
