We are seeking experienced and dedicated Radiologists to deliver remote coverage with opportunities for on-site involvement at CAMC General Hospital. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care across diverse clinical settings.
Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license in WV or eligible for licensure
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology
- Fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiology or extensive MSK experience
- Proficiency in interpreting general radiology exams across modalities including XR, CT, MR, and US
- Strong diagnostic acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to render accurate interpretations within established turnaround times
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in ER, Neuro, or General Radiology case types
- Prior telemedicine or teleradiology experience
- Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems
- Ability to handle high-volume daily case loads (90-100 cases/8 hours)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, with Fellowship in MSK preferred
- Current and unrestricted state medical license in WV
- Appropriate malpractice insurance coverage
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work varied shifts from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate telecommunication setup for remote work
- Must include malpractice insurance in hourly rates
- Willingness to work on-site at CAMC General Hospital occasionally when required
- Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications; travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable
