Locum Physician - Radiology - Telecommute in Charleston, WV

Join an esteemed healthcare facility in Charleston, WV, seeking Remote Reading Radiology coverage. This opportunity is perfect for a radiologist with fellowship training in MSK or extensive MSK experience, capable of interpreting general radiology exams.

Job Details:
Daily Volume Expectations (per 8 hr shift): 90-100 images with wRVUs of 60-70.
Settings: Remote
Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US
Sub-specialty case mix includes emergency cases (50), musculoskeletal (20), and neurologic (10).

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret a variety of imaging studies including XR, CT, MR, and US.
• Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in remote reading.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
• Manage daily reading volumes effectively to meet productivity expectations.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Radiology [REQUIRED]
• Fellowship training in MSK or substantial MSK experience.
• Demonstrated ability in interpreting general radiology exams.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active West Virginia Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) [REQUIRED]
• Current DEA Registration [REQUIRED]
