- Start Date: January- Ongoing
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, 45 hours per week
- No Nights or Weekends
- This person must be able to read 30-45 cross-sections per day
- Acute Care Hospital
- Trauma Level: Adult I II III IV
- Certifications: DEA, Va license, BC
- Credentialing: 100-120 day credentialing
