Locums | Radiology | Clinic + Call | Forty Fort, PA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

  • Opportunity for radiologists with flexibility to cover breast imaging, interventional radiology, and/or diagnostic radiology
  • High-volume, multi-modality practice at a community hospital system
  • Long-term assignment with multiple provider slots available
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinic + Call Schedule: Weekdays with call rotation (beeper, 30-minute response) Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient EMR: Cerner Privileges: Required (temporary available) Estimated Credentialing: ~90 days Support: Standard radiology tech and hospital staff Requirements Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC ACLS, BLS Must live 90+ miles from facility Must provide modality sheet at submission Enrollment in Pennsylvania Patient Compensation Fund (PCF) required Ability to cover at least two subspecialty areas: - Mammo + breast biopsy - Interventional Radiology + Diagnostic - IR + Fluoro - IR + Cardiac Clinical Details General Radiology: Plain films, chest, bone density, fluoro studies Breast Imaging: Digital, MQSA preferred, needle localization, biopsies CT: General, angio, biopsies, aspiration/drainage MRI: MSK, neuro, breast, joints, MRA Ultrasound: General, abdominal/pelvic, OB, newborn, Doppler, endovaginal Interventional Radiology: - Angiography, angioplasty, stenting - Thrombolytic therapy - Embolization - PICCs, vascular access, IVC filters, TIPS - Abscess drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, myelography, vertebroplasty - Nuclear Medicine & PET: Preferred but not required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed The Location Forty Fort, PA offers a tight-knit, family-friendly community with excellent schools, low crime, and affordable housing.
