Locum Tenens – Radiologist Opportunity
Location: Scranton, Pennsylvania
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Setting: Onsite only – Inpatient, ED, and Outpatient reads
Schedule & Shift Details
- Shift: 8 hours per day
- Timing: Any time between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: None
- Coverage Needs:
- Open to candidates who can commit to 1–2 weeks per month
- Will accept mammography-only radiologists for part-time coverage
- Patient Volume: ~100 reads per shift
Clinical Scope
- General Radiology Only – Includes:
- MRI
- CT
- Ultrasound
- Mammography (mammo-only candidates accepted)
- No IR or Vascular – IR coverage already on site
- No Nuclear Medicine Only – Must cover general modalities
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
- Fellowship – Required
- Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC – Required
- Certifications: ABLS and BLS – Required
- EMR Systems: Athena and Cerner
