A private, subspecialized radiology group, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their team in Dayton, Ohio. The group maintains a democratic structure with no private equity or tiered partnership, offering a clear path to ownership.
#### Practice Overview:
Hospital-based private practice of 30+ radiologists
Partnership track: 2 years with full decision-making rights for partners
Work primarily in breast imaging across three hospital-based breast centers and outpatient sites
Cutting-edge technology including:
- Digital breast tomosynthesis
- Breast ultrasound
- Breast MRI
- Savi Scout localization
ACR Breast Center of Excellence, performing ~50,000 exams annually
No overnight duties; some evening and weekend shifts required
Opportunity to rotate through general radiology
