SHIFT DETAILS :
- Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00
- M-F
WORK DETAILS :
- Dates of Need:
- Sept 15-19
- Sept 22-26
- Sept 29-Oct 3
- Oct 13-17
- Oct 20-24
- Oct 27-31
- Need General Radiology coverage for the ER with the occasional basic fluoro case as it comes up
- Current perm Radiologists read 100 per day on average for locums they expect 70-80 reads per day
- In hospital reads - remote is not an option
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must have active AZ license or IMLC
- BC required in Radiology
- BLS required
- DEA required
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline)
