Job description
Join an exciting Locum Tenens Radiology assignment in Sioux City, IA! This full-time weekday role offers a dynamic schedule, no weekends, and no call. You’ll be working in a supportive environment with modern imaging technology, strong ancillary staff, and opportunities for teaching.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform interventional procedures with imaging guidance (Fluoroscopy, Myelogram, LP, etc.)
• Communicate findings to care teams and collaborate on treatment planning
• Recommend and evaluate further diagnostic testing
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient radiology services
Qualifications
• Active IA License or IMLC (REQUIRED)
• Fellowship training in General Radiology with Mammography & Fluoroscopy (REQUIRED)
• Clean malpractice/background history
• Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
• ~20 shifts per month
• No weekends & no call! 🎉
Skills
• Knowledge of ACR and professional radiology standards
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
