We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join a group in Moses Lake and lead a brand-new Radiation Oncology clinic. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality cancer care to a rural community while working independently, supported by a collaborative team of two additional Radiation Oncologists within the network. Job Details:
- Full-time permanent placement
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Practice Setting: Solo provider in a new, state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology clinic
- Patient Volume: Currently treating 10-15 patients/day, to grow to 30 patients/day
- 1st year salary range: $585,306 - $632,764 plus RVU bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate cancer care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger oncology team
