JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Physician – Radiologist (Body Imaging)
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Charleston, SC
• Service Setting: Remote / Hospital-based Radiology
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: 10/20/2025 – Ongoing (Open-ended)
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p EST (variety of shifts available)
• On-Call Shift Schedule: None
COVERAGE DATES
• Starting 10/20/2025 – Open-ended
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults (Body Imaging cases)
• Patient Volume/Census: Productivity expectations: 30-40 MRs or CTs per 8-hour shift
• Case Mix: Abdominal imaging including radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
• Case Mix: Abdominal imaging including radiography, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: EPIC EHR with Sectra PACS and fully integrated PowerScribe dictation
• Specialty Backup Available: Radiology team support
• Support Staff Available: Yes
• Reason for Coverage: Coverage requirement
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: No (90-day credentialing required)
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active South Carolina medical license
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Radiology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification (if required)
• Certifications: None specified
• Fellowship: Required in Body Imaging
• Experience: Proficiency in all aspects of Abdominal Imaging
• Other Qualifications: Familiarity with Sectra PACS and PowerScribe dictation
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret radiographic, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies with a focus on abdominal imaging
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of imaging results
• Collaborate with the radiology team and referring providers
• Maintain productivity standards of 30-40 MRs or CTs per 8-hour shift
