Interventional Radiology Locums Physician, North Carolina - Weekdays Only and No Call
Interventional Radiology coverage opportunity in North Carolina, near Charlotte.
Highlights
- Weekday-only schedule; no call or weekends
- DR, Light IR & Mammo
- Open to split coverage models
Practice Setting
- Inpatient hospital-based service
- 110-bed facility with ICU and ED & Breast only clinic
- Non-trauma center with full hospital team
- Epic and SECTRA in use
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8a-5p
- Ongoing need; flexible long-term schedule
- Open to multiple physicians rotating
Cases and Procedures
- IR procedures: lumbar puncture, paracentesis
- Diagnostic reads: X-ray, CT, MRI, US, Mammo, DEXA, fluoro
- 7-12 reads/hour with manageable IR expectations
Requirements
- Board Certified in IR
- Active North Carolina license required
- BLS certification required
Travel Accommodations
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage fully covered
