Remote Radiology Locum Tenens Opportunity - Illinois - $450/hr

This is Don Awbrey with Ascend Medical Staffing, and I'm reaching out on behalf of a Level One trauma center in Illinois for a remote Diagnostic Emergency Radiology locum tenens physician. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiologist looking for a consistent schedule with great compensation and top-tier support.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 days on, 14 days off. Shifts are Monday 10 PM - Sunday 6 AM (into Monday AM).
• Hours: 10 PM - 6 AM (Night Shift)
• Workload: Inpatient and ED, averaging 45 RVUs per shift.
• Patient Demographics: 5% Peds, 10% Adolescent, 40% Adult, 45% Geriatric.
• Compensation:
  • Regular Hourly Rate: $400/hour
  • Overtime Rate: $475/hour
• Required Modalities: Plain film, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
• Remote Only: This position is 100% remote.

Requirements:

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Emergency Radiology.
• License: An already active Illinois license is preferred. Candidates with an IMLC LOQ (Letter of Qualification) in hand will also be considered.
• Additional: If confirmed, the locum provider must agree to provide vaccination records, a negative drug screening, and complete a physical within 90 days of the start date. Specific procedures required are detailed in the attached practice description.
