Clinical Radiologist Opportunity in Middlebury, VT
Start Date: ASAP
Position Type: Full-Time (0.9 FTE)
Schedule: Rotating on-site and remote work weeks
Location: Middlebury, VT
Position Highlights:
Provide general and subspecialty radiology services in a community-based setting
Balanced workload of X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, and mammography
Optional interventional procedures: arthrograms, breast/thyroid biopsies, etc.
Rotating schedule includes on-site work (emphasizing mammography, US, fluoroscopy) and remote work (focusing on CT/MRI)
Strong IT infrastructure including Visage PACS and Epic EMR integration
Collaborate with a robust network of radiologists and referring providers across a six-hospital system
After-hours reads are handled via third-party final reads with rotating call among local radiologists
Up to 30% subspecialty practice available depending on interest and qualifications
Teaching opportunities available; medical student and resident rotations planned
Qualifications:
Board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont
Interest in general radiology with the ability to read multiple modalities
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Academic interest and potential for educational involvement encouraged
