Required Qualifications & Credentials:
- Board Certified in Radiology – REQUIRED
- Active ND License or IMLC with LOQ – REQUIRED
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, MQSA – REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/background history – PREFERRED
- Availability for presentation at time of name clear – REQUIRED
Presentation Packet Must Include:

Up-to-date CV (with scope of practice in job history, explanations for gaps ≥30 days)

Board Certification copies

Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS, MQSA

List of Procedures provider is comfortable performing

Copy of ND license (active status)

Details on any disciplinary actions or malpractice (must be explained, with documents)

Two recent references (within 2 years – one supervisor, one peer)

Travel needs: airfare, lodging, rental car if applicable
Job Responsibilities
Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace- willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies
Arthrograms/Joint aspirations/Joint Injections
CT Cystograms
PICC Line placement
Lumbar punctures
Hysterosalpingograms
Bone Marrow Biopsy
Ultrasound biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainage
ESI, SI injections, Facet injections - not all radiologists do all the injections, but as many of them as possible would be nice
EMR: Meditech
Qualifications
Board Certified in Radiology – REQUIRED
Active ND License or IMLC with LOQ – REQUIRED
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA, ATLS – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/background history – PREFERRED
Availability for presentation at time of name clear – REQUIRED
Working Hours
Commitment: Long-term
Frequency: One week per month (5 consecutive days)
Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM (Monday –Friday)
Alternative: 8-hour days (if preferred by provider)
