Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Hospital-employed Diagnostic Radiology position with long-term stability
• Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Nights and weekends covered by teleradiology providers
• Base salary starting around $550,000 based on 42 weeks worked
• Option for as few as 24–26 weeks worked annually depending on schedule preference
• Alternative block scheduling options including 3 weeks on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000 and $8,000 relocation assistance
• General diagnostic radiology focus with optional light interventional procedures
• Practice mix approximately 80% diagnostic reads, 10% procedures/light IR, 10% mammography
• Dedicated IR technologists and mammography technologists onsite
• Well-equipped imaging department with CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET-CT, and fluoroscopy capabilities
• Average daily volume of approximately 70–90 WRVUs per on-site radiologist
• RVU productivity incentives
• Modern imaging technology including Fuji Synapse PACS and voice recognition dictation
• EMR transitioning to Meditech Expanse
