- Will not use Teleradiology
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric
- Procedures Required: fluoroscopy, CT, US.
- Interventional Procedures Required: hysterosalpingogram, lumbar puncture, sentinel node injection, myelogram
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- Active OH License & DEA - REQUIRED
- Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
- Close to OH - preferred
