- Work Dates Needed: Feb 12, ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p no call
- Worksite Setting: onsite mammo rad locum needed plus read DX (10%) and assist between procedures
- Scope of Work: Mammo + DX: Breast MR, Breast US, Diagnostic 2D/3d, Screening 2D/3D, Breast IR MQSA certification required 8 RVU's per hr - productivity required per shift
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: WA Lic, BC, MQSA certification required 8 RVU's per hr - productivity required per shift
- EMR: Inteleviewer, Clario, PowerScribe
- Pay Rate Preferred: $335 per hour
