Northern Light Radiology Associates, a private, non PE backed radiology practice is actively recruiting Fellowship Trained, Board Certified/ Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists across all diagnostic radiology subspecialties to cover our Central Florida UF Health The Villages® & Leesburg hospital locations. We offer both Employment and Independent Contractor opportunities. If this is not a good fit for you, we would greatly appreciate an introduction - for each referral that results in hiring we offer up to $10,000.00 referral fee. Here are high level terms for each set up:

Independent Contractor:

• Compensation: $40 wRVU for:
  • 20 Weeks On-Site & 20 Weeks Remote (Scheduled as mutually agreed).
  • 8 full weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday) Scheduled in two 9-hour shifts, On-Site & Remote
• Benefits: None, no health, dental, 401K or other such benefits.
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided by Northern Light with no tail insurance obligations upon exit.
• Partnership: None.
• Non-compete: No non-compete only a non-solicit

Employment:

• $550,000.00 annual salary and benefits (401K, healthcare, etc).
• Flexible variable 6AM and 12AM work-shifts.
  • 20 Weeks On-Site & 20 Weeks Remote (Scheduled as mutually agreed).
  • 8 full weekends per year (Saturday and Sunday) Scheduled in two 9-hour shifts, On-Site & Remote
• 12-weeks of PTO per year.
• Additional Productivity based compensation.
  
• CME Allowance.

• No requirement to pay tail insurance upon exit.
