Job Description

A healthcare system in Delta, Colorado is seeking ongoing locums tenens Radiology coverage until a permanent provider is hired.

Schedule:

  • Start ASAP- need coverage starting March 1st

  • Fridays through Mondays

  • Every week

  • 8 am - 4:30 pm

  • On going until a permanent provider is hired

  • No night call

Cases / Procedures:

  • MRI

  • CT

  • X- Ray

  • Scheduled outpatient cases on Saturdays

  • On Sundays the cases will ebb and flow based on what they get from the ER department

  • Will only read Nuc Med and PETS in emergency cases (these are done Tuesday - Thursday)

Job Details:

  • Working independently - only MD onsite

  • Tele-radiologist for off-site reads

  • Ultra techs

  • Imaging coordinator

  • Director in house on Fridays

  • Use MModal to scribe

Requirements:

  • Need to be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years

  • Need either BLS or ACLS
