**Cardiothoracic Radiologist Position - Maywood, IL**
*Seeking a Board Certified Cardiothoracic Radiologist with experience in Body Imaging. The position involves leading a new Cardiothoracic Imaging service in Maywood, Illinois, 20 minutes west of downtown Chicago.*
**Job Description:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Mon-Fri 8-4
- Call ratio - 6-7 calls/year
- Call: 4-11p call from home every 8 weeks (Only with no day shifts on those days)
- Over 50 subspecialized radiologists, including 14 Body imagers.
- Supporting clinical services at 3 Hospitalist and their associated ambulatory care centers.
- Fully accredited residency program with 28 residents and 4 total fellows in the department.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assume responsibility for Cardiothoracic Imaging services.
- Responsible for workflow, protocols, multidisciplinary conferences, and education.
- Some coverage in abdominal imaging.
- Opportunities for clinical and translational research.
**Work Environment:**
- Onsite position with home workstations available for call and flexibility.
- Teleradiology is not used.
**Documentation Systems/EMR:**
- Epic, Powerscribe 360, Interad PACs, Softek Illuminate.

**Submission Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Radiology.
- Fellowship-Trained or Equivalent Practice Experience in Cardiothoracic or Thoracic Imaging.
