Quality-of-Life Nighthawk Radiology Opportunity

Work 20-Weeks / Full-time Pay
Due to continued growth, we have a need for 2 Nighthawk Radiologists to join our team of tight-knit Nighthawks who work very collaboratively with each other and are supported by daytime subspecialists who are available for consultations when/if needed. This expansion will grow our after-hours team to 16 Nighthawks.
We prefer someone with several years of Radiology experience but will consider someone coming out of training. You would read CT, US, XR and limited MR with preliminary or final reads depending on subspecialty training. No Nuclear, Mammo or IR. You will have dedicated, sophisticated Radiology IT and Communications support 24/7. Our Nighthawks read 10K to 12K RVUs per year (800-1000 per month). Typical volume; 50-70 cases a day, mostly CT. Our PAC system is Visage, and our dictation is Power Scribe.
Work 20-weeks per year / 32 weeks off - Paid full-time compensation:
Hours can be flexible:
Evenings: 7-Days On / 7 Days-Off
Weekdays 5pm – 12am EST / Weekends-Holidays 3pm – 11pm
Deep Night: 7-Days On / 14-Days Off
11pm – 7am EST
Current Schedule is 12-11 weeks deep night, 8-9 weeks evenings.
Going to 10 and 10 when fully staffed
No call responsibilities. You will have internal opportunities to moonlight for additional compensation during your weeks off. Compensation is based on experience. The contract is a 1-year, evergreen, renewable contract. Compensation reviewed annually.
