TCR is searching for a new partner radiologist (part-time also available) interested in practicing general radiology in a small private practice environment.
TCR is a traditional radiology practice. The group members share the shifts, workload, and net revenue once a partner. The partners earn above-average income for the State of Ohio and the Midwest. TCR is searching for a new partnership track radiologist who can complement the group. Part-time radiologist is also available. As a general practice, any fellowship-trained radiologists will be considered. Most important to the group is a team attitude. Our group culture is promoting a balance of lifestyle and income.
TCR provides the exclusive radiology services to Licking Memorial Hospital, a top 100 hospital, and has provided the service for over 40 years.

Position:
- Six full-time radiologists (including new hire)
- Partners receive an equal share of all net income
- Transparent, democratic practice with collaborative management
- Group coverage onsite from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Nighthawk coverage from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Daily average workload of 63 wRVUs
- First-year starting salary negotiable based on experience
- One year to partnership
- Simple AR buy-in for partnership
