Our client is seeking a diagnostic radiologist to join an established practice associated with a successful 200 bed, acute care hospital. Broad range of medical and surgical specialists on the medical staff.

Position details:

  • All Diagnostic modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, mammography, and Dexa.
  • Procedures to include fluoroscopy, myelogram, paracentesis, thoracentesis, thyroid biopsy, lumbar puncture, breast biopsies, and arthrograms.
  • Monday -- Friday, day shifts. Weekend rotations via teleradiology (not required to be on site).
  • No traveling between sites.
  • One of 40 hospitals that are part of the Pittsburgh-based University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), the largest nongovernmental employer in Pennsylvania and a leading medical system in the United States.
  • Ideal candidate will be board certified/board eligible, with strengths in cross-sectional imaging and willing to do most general radiology procedures.
  • Looking for someone who enjoys patient interaction.
  • Positions is hospital employed and available immediately.
