Ultrasound Guide biopsy, Interventional Radiologist (CT Guided biopsy, PICC lines, CT guided drainages, Para/Thora, etc.)

Fluoro procedures

Read all Modalities (Plain film, CT, MRI, Nuc Med, PET Scan, Mammo, US (General, Vascular)

Average Daily Volumes 70-80 reads

Monday – Friday (8-5 pm)

Seeking a good communicator, instructor, and educator.

Current on all Imaging techniques and standards of care.

Must have been on a previous Radioactive Materials License (RAM license).

Needs to be comfortable with IR Procedures, have performed them recently

Average about 10 IR cases a week, the rest are Diagnostic, average 70-80 cases a day

Radiologist on-site, TELE-RAD is available for backup on some cases

Call ratio: very rarely called in, use a teleradiology service after-hours
