We are seeking an interventional/vascular radiologist for ongoing locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in east Minnesota along coast of Lake Superior.
The locum will work 3 weeks per month. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-5 pm with call every 3rd week. The facility averages 500+ procedures every month.

Locum must meet one (1) of the following paths:

Path I
Diagnostic radiology residency
Additional training (fellowship or elective residency year) in Vascular and Interventional Radiology that qualifies applicant for Vascular and Interventional Radiology subspecialty certification through the American Board of Radiology
Vascular and Interventional Radiology subspecialty board certification by the American Board of Radiology

Path II
Diagnostic radiology residency
Diagnostic radiology board certification by the American Board of Radiology


Dates Needed: May 2021 - ongoing
Case Load/PPD: 500+ procedures/month
Shift Type: Day Shift; Call
Assignment Type: Outpatient; Clinic
Assignment Duration: Locums
Modalities: All IR
Procedures: General IR skill set, including some PAD work (revascularization and lysis). Ability to do pain procedures would be a plus.
Equipment/PACS System: 2 Siemens single plane Artis Zees, 1 Philips biplane FD20. GE Lightspeed 64 Slice CT w/Fluoro, Philips Ultrasound, GE Ultrasound
Call Required: Yes
Board Certification Required: Yes
Support Staff: RNs and Radiology Techs.
