* Call Schedule:
- 7 on/7 off, 24/7 coverage
- 1-2 weeks per month
* % of practice: 80% Adult, 10% Pediatric, 10% Trauma
* Ave. no. of patients per day: 10
* Ave. no. of admissions per day: 10 and ICU - 10
* Provider will be required to supervise other healthcare providers. NP's will be available to assist physicians in monitoring. Surgeons & Critical Care nearby.
* Lab and X-ray onsite: Yes
* Support Staff: Hospital-based ancillary professionals; lab, rad, rehab. (All available 24/7)
* Office Equipment: Must be comfortable with mono-plane and bi-plane.
* Hospital privileges required.
* Other Information:
- Provider will not be on call at all four locations at one time. The facility has a group of five who rotate call at each facility. The provider will be filling in for one of the five for each assignment and will work at the hospital the permanent was scheduled for that week.
- Must respond to stroke and perform interventional procedures.
- NP's help with follow-up.
