- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for ED coverage, requiring 2-3 weeks per month, with a minimum of 7 shifts per month. Candidates who can commit to 1 week per month will also be considered. Each shift is overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM EST, with an average of 80-120 ED cases per 8-hour shift. The position will involve resident teaching, as there are 2-3 residents overnight alongside 1 radiologist. A DEA waiver is required, but a full DEA is not necessary. BLS certification is not required for remote work. Interested candidates must submit case logs and an NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days, along with confirmation of clean malpractice. This is a remote position, and applicants should be comfortable working independently while supporting residents.

Job Responsibilities
* Interpret and review 80-120 ED cases per 8-hour shift.
* Teach and supervise 2-3 residents overnight, ensuring their education and growth in radiology.
* Work independently as the sole radiologist during overnight shifts, with resident support.
* Maintain accurate documentation and report generation as required.
* Provide quality diagnostic imaging interpretations for the ED, assisting in clinical decision-making.
Qualifications
* Clean malpractice history.
* NPDB report pulled within the last 30 days.
* DEA waiver (DEA registration not required).
* Proven experience in ED radiology and working in a fast-paced environment.
* Resident teaching experience required.
Working Hours
* Overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM EST.
