- Job Title: Interventional Radiologist

- Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing
- Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00a 5:00p COVERAGE DATES
- Start Date: January 26, 2026 (ASAP)
- End Date: Ongoing
PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adults
- Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 610 interventional procedures per day
- Phone Consults: As clinically appropriate
- Case Mix: Outpatient interventional radiology procedures
FACILITY INFORMATION
- No. of Beds in Department: Outpatient only
- EMR System: AdvancedMD
- Office Equipment Available: Fully equipped outpatient interventional radiology suite
- Support Staff Available: Radiology technologists, nurses, and medical assistants
- Reason for Coverage: Ongoing outpatient coverage need
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: No
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 2448 hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active California medical license
- Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- DEA: Active DEA required
- Certifications: As required for outpatient interventional radiology practice
- Experience: Outpatient interventional radiology experience
- Other Qualifications: Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform outpatient interventional radiology procedures
- Manage patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Document procedures and encounters accurately in the EMR
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality of care
