We are seeking a skilled radiologists for a remote general diagnostic position at a regional Kentucky hospital. We cover licensing fees and provide comprehensive medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
Details:
- Fully Remote - hospital-provided workstation included.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; one weekend per month required, with the following Monday off.
- Team: 3 other FTE daytime Radiologists
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (No call or Overtime requirements)
- Case Mix & Volume: General Radiology (CT, US, MR, XR); average 8-9 RVUs/hr.
- Start: January 2027
- Contract Length: 12-month contract available, with options to extend. (Time off: 12 weeks per year)
- Technology: PACS: Intelerad Inteleorchestrator, EPIC, Powerscribe
- Compensation: Minimum $750,000/year - Options for moonlighting. Swing shifts are $475/hr; overnights are $500/hr
Job Responsibilities
Communicate directly with the primary physician or ED as necessary for urgent findings.
In a professional manner, deliver accurate, high-quality reports.
Qualifications
ABR certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Active or eligible Kentucky (IMLC) medical license - Temporary license can be facilitated
Working Hours
0800-1700
One weekend per month required with following Monday off
Skills
Able to read up to 85 RVUs per day
