Schedule Details

Primary need is weekend evenings, with some weekday evening coverage.

Remote Shifts:

• Weekdays:

  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (9 hrs)

  • 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Weekends:

  • 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (9 hrs)

Providers must be available for the full shift and are expected to complete all assigned reads during their coverage window.

Practice Setting

• Coverage Model: Remote

• Practice Setting: Inpatient

• EMR / PACS: EPIC (REQUIRED)

• Hospital-based support staff

Case Mix & Volume

• Average volume:

  • Weekdays: ~130–140 reads/day

  • Weekends: ~150–180 reads/day

• Modalities:

  • CT (heavy)

  • Plain films (heavy)

  • MRI

  • Ultrasound

• No Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac, or Breast

• Patient population: Adults & Geriatrics

• Some facilities prefer Body Imagers

• Prostate MRI reading ability is a major selling point

🚨 MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Completely CLEAN background & malpractice history

  • ❌ NO claims, NO hits, NO exceptions

• Board Certified in Radiology

• Active, unrestricted California license

• 1+ year diagnostic radiology experience

• EPIC experience (required)
  

• Must be able to cover full assigned shifts
