Locums Telemedicine Radiology | Libertyville, Illinois IMLC Welcome
A Level I Trauma and Stroke Center in Libertyville, Illinois is seeking a Telemedicine Radiologist with experience for locum tenens coverage. This is a high-acuity, evening teleradiology opportunity with no call and consistent volume.
Assignment Details Coverage dates: January 5, 2026 – July 5, 2026 Minimum 6-month commitment required Potential to extend coverage Facility will accept multiple providers
Schedule Teleradiology coverage 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 7 days per week Option for two providers alternating one week on / one week off No call
Practice Setting Level I Trauma Center Hospital Stroke Certified
Workload Average 5–12 wRVUs per hour General STAT radiology coverage
Case Mix Primarily CT, ultrasound, and X-ray Occasional MRI (mostly neuro-related) Very rare nuclear medicine exams High volume of neuro CTAs and whole-body trauma scans
Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required Active Illinois medical license – Required IMLC welcome Fellowship training preferred
