Job description
- Specialty: Radiology – Nuclear Medicine & PET
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based imaging
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Coverage: As needed (approx. 1 week/month)
- Study Volume: ~20–30 nuclear medicine + 10–15 PET scans/day
- EMR / Systems: Epic, Sectra PACS, PowerScribe 💻
- Call: Not required
Job Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate diagnostic reports
Collaborate with referring physicians on findings 🤝
Utilize PACS and dictation systems for reporting
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR 💻
Qualifications
Fellowship or experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility
Experience with PET and nuclear imaging required
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
8-hour workday
No call required
Skills
High-volume diagnostic reading
Proficiency with PACS and dictation systems
EMR experience (Epic preferred) 💻
Strong diagnostic accuracy and attention to detail
Effective communication with clinical teams 🤝
