Excellent locum opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to support a high-volume hospital-based radiology department with hybrid onsite and remote workflow options. This role offers consistent weekday coverage with evening and weekend call responsibilities in a technologically advanced clinical environment.
Excellent locum opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to support a high-volume hospital-based radiology department with hybrid onsite and remote workflow options. This role offers consistent weekday coverage with evening and weekend call responsibilities in a technologically advanced clinical environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Interpret Nuclear Medicine imaging studies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Support hospital and remote radiology workflow
• Participate in evening and weekend call coverage
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting using advanced radiology IT systems
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship Training in Nuclear Medicine (Highly Preferred)
• Active Connecticut License or IMLC
• BLS Certification (ACLS optional based on subspecialty)
• DEA Registration (or eligibility)
• Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekday Evening Call: Until 8:00 PM
• Weekend Coverage: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
