The Department of Radiology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Radiologist with specialized training in nuclear medicine to join our dynamic team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC.

The nuclear medicine section at Wake Forest is highly regarded for its active clinical, research, and educational programs. Our advanced facilities include two PET/CT scanners, a state-of-the-art SPECT/CT system, a dedicated cardiac CZT camera, and two SPECT gamma cameras. Additionally, our renowned Theranostics clinic is recognized as a leader in the field, enhancing our comprehensive PET and general nuclear medicine services.

Requirements for Nuclear Medicine Radiologist

  • Board Certification: ABNM or ABR certification or eligibility required; certification in nuclear cardiology and PET/MRI experience is preferred.
  • Licensing: Eligibility for a North Carolina medical license is required.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical expertise, academic leadership, and a commitment to advancing research and education within our department.
