- Available Supplies: Stryker neuro coils, and both Stryker and Medtronic Flow-diverters, Abbott and Cordis Carotid stents
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Carotid Stent
- Endovascular Coiling
- Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC in Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, or Neurology
- Licenses: Active Michigan license
- DEA: Active DEA certification
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Other Qualifications: Neuro IR fellowship
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 call coverage for neuro interventional radiology
- Perform neuro IR procedures including carotid stenting, endovascular coiling, and EVAR
- Interpret diagnostic neuroradiology studies
- Collaborate with IR physicians and support staff in a Level 2 trauma center
- Adhere to credentialing and compliance requirements
