New York City Borough - Neuroradiology opportunity

  • Seeking a ABR and CAQ certified Neuroradiologist
  • Must be proficient in CT and MR imaging modalities, including advanced imaging for head and neck, adult and pediatric CNS, spine and vascular disease.
  • Ability to perform CT - guided procedures is strongly preferred
  • You should have strong desire for a career in academic radiology with dedicated time weekly for research and educational pursuits
  • You will participate in departmental faculty development and quality improvement activities
  • Work primarily in outpatient setting in Neuroradiology division
  • Department provides coverage for multiple inpatient, ED and outpatient facilities
  • Multidisciplinary interaction across adult and pediatric neurology, neurosurgery, otorhinolaryngology, PM&R and psychiatry.
  • On-call responsibilities are shared across Neuroradiology department for evening and weekend (daytime) reading
  • No overnight call - is covered by the departments ED division
  • State-of-the-art MR, CT, Dual energy and PET-CT and Ultrasound equipment, including a new 3D lab, is available for clinical imaging and cutting-edge research. Facility Research Center houses a 3T and 9.4T MR, Micro PET/SPECT and HIFU.
