Physician - Vein Medicine Clinic


SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 5:30pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $350,000+ Total Annual Income
- $275,000 Base Salary
- Productivity Bonus Structure

- Peoria, Arizona (primary site)
- Avondale, Arizona (some cross-coverage required)

COMPANY PROFILE:
This vascular medicine organization opened its first clinic in 2020 and, today, operates 8 offices in the greater Phoenix area. Throughout their locations, they boast a provider staff of 3 talented physicians, 2 advanced practice providers, and 1 registered vascular sonographer. Together with their support team, these clinicians offer vein disease services in comfortable, modern settings focused on excellent patient experiences.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new physician will primarily work in the Peoria office, with travel to the Avondale and Surprise locations for cross-coverage as needed.

The schedule is three (3) procedural days and two (2) clinic / consultation days per week. In all settings, physicians are fully supported by dedicated assistants.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- new patient consultations
- follow-up visits
- radiofrequency ablations
- sclerotherapy
- Varithena
- Venaseal

On procedure days, physicians typically perform 2 to 3 procedures per hour. On clinic days, physicians see an average of 12 patients per day.

The practice sees patients for, among other conditions:

- venous insufficiency
- varicose veins
- spider veins
- restless leg syndrome
- leg swelling
- leg heaviness

The practice uses the DrChrono EHR and state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment.

The practice provides a fully paid 6-week training program (this is out-of-state and all expenses are covered).


REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification / Eligibility, relevant field
- strong background or interest in procedures
