Locum Interventional Radiologist | Charleston, WV | Weekdays, No Call

Med Ninjas is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist for a full-time locum tenens opportunity at an acute care hospital in Charleston, West Virginia.

This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call requirement and full travel coverage.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Charleston, West Virginia
• Start Date: November 1, 2026
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Coverage: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call: None
• Setting: Acute care hospital
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 to 25 cases per day
• Patient Population: Infants through adults
• EMR: Cerner
• Imaging System: Fuji PACS
• Support Staff: Two or more physicians and one procedural APP
• Travel: Full travel expenses covered

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of Interventional Radiology procedures
• Provide hospital-based procedural coverage
• Work collaboratively with physicians and procedural APP support
• Complete required clinical documentation in Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certified in Radiology
• Active West Virginia medical license required
• IMLC and temporary-license candidates may be considered
• Active DEA required
• Cerner experience required
• Must be available for full-time weekday coverage

The estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days. The facility is willing to consider qualified licensing candidates.
