Facility:
This state-of-the-art medical center, newly opened in 2023, is a Level I Trauma Center serving a regional area of approximately 460,000 patients. The facility features two dedicated Angio suites, one containing CT Fluoro, both installed in 2023, as well as two biplane Angio suites located within the same procedural area, providing an exceptional environment for interventional radiology practice.Opportunity:
Physician - Interventional RadiologyJob Details:
- Join an established, collegial practice as one of two new Interventional Radiologists being added to the team
- Perform a full range of IR procedures including Interventional Oncology (embolization, Y90, ablation), US and CT biopsies and drains, UFE, PAE, venous access, Dialysis Access Maintenance, and vertebral augmentation
- Perform diagnostic readings for vascular CTs in addition to IR procedures
- Expect 6-10 daily procedures per provider
- Work within a well-supported team including two full-time Physician Assistants, dedicated IR nursing, VIR Certified Technologists, and administrative support
- Call ratio of 1:4
- BC/BE in Radiology required
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology required
