Job description
Locum Interventional Radiologist needed in Louisville, Kentucky hospital.
Travel, lodging, rental car, and malpractice coverage will be provided.
Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm; On call from 430pm- 8 am
Specific dates of coverage: 10/12- 10/16, 10/26- 10/30 ,11/23- 11/25, 11/27, 12/21-12/24, 12/28-12/31 Must be able to cover the above available dates.
Volumes/ Modalities: 40 wRVUs per shift.
Complex IR procedures, level 1 trauma center and transplant center
PACs: Mckesson
Solo or Team: Solo
Voice recognition system: Power Scribe

Qualifications
Licensing candidates will be considered.
Vaccination requirements: Proof of Current Tuberculin/PPD Screening, Proof of MMR vaccination or titers, Most recent influenza vaccine or exemption form
