Job description
We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist to serve as the Founding Clinical Leader of a new Office-Based Lab (OBL). This role focuses on outpatient endovascular procedures including venous and arterial interventions. The physician will play a key role in building referral networks, developing protocols, and leading clinical growth.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform venous and arterial interventions
• Peripheral arterial disease treatments
• Venous ablation procedures
• Musculoskeletal embolization procedures
• Diagnostic angiography and arteriograms
• Image-guided endovascular procedures
Patient Experience & Quality
• Provide post-procedure follow-up care
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Document procedures and care in EMR
• Maintain continuity of care
Leadership & Growth
• Serve as clinical ambassador to referring providers
• Build referral network in community
• Support program development and expansion
• Develop protocols and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams
Qualifications
• Board Certified Interventional Radiology
• Active state license or eligibility
• Endovascular procedure experience required
• Experience with PAD and venous interventions preferred
• Interest in outpatient OBL model
• Strong communication and leadership skills
