Job description
An Interventional Radiologist is needed for a hospital-based assignment in Pennsylvania. The provider will perform a variety of interventional procedures and may assist with diagnostic reads. This opportunity offers a daytime schedule with no call responsibilities and part-time monthly coverage.
Job Responsibilities
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis procedures
• Line placement and removal
• Image-guided biopsies
• Abscess drainage procedures
• Lumbar punctures and myelograms
• Provide diagnostic reads when needed
• Collaborate with IR nurses and techs
• Document in Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified Interventional Radiology
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• DEA required
• Epic EMR experience required
• IR fellowship preferred or equivalent experience
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2 weeks per month
• No call required
• Ongoing assignment
